
The first specific China, Qin Dynasty (221 BC – 206 BC) was started by Qin Shi Huang (that name means the 1st emperor), Ying Zheng (259 BC – 210 BC). Their government system was a cruel one which strict people very seriously. Qin Shi Huang was a king, who was invested with absolute powers of government.
People didn’t comfort under this kingdom at that time. Because of this, Qin Dynasty was always dealing with against traitors. Only the charming figure of the first emperor held Qin Dynasty. After the first emperor’s death, resistance military destroyed Qin Dynasty.
As soon as the fall of Qin Dynasty, two top Gen. of the rebellion military began a municipal battle. The first is Xiang Yu. The other one is Liu Bang. As soon as the Qin Dynasty had ended, Xian Yu had once been the emperor of Chu Empire. Liu Bang was the emperor of Han Empire. They had been in the same resistance military battling towards Qin Dynasty. They did start to combat to be the following Emperor of the unified China, after Qin Dynasty.
Xian Yu was 6 feet tall. He was powerful. He was courageous. People asserted babies stopped crying if their mother or father informed him General Xian Yu was arriving. He was a great fighter and powerful innovator that didn’t like to settle by adjustment or concession. Xian Yu was at first from Chu’s empire, that was ruined by Qin Empire.
Liu Bang originated from no place. He had been a farmer’s kid. In his younger days, he was a rowdy just loaf around in the village close to his house. Simply significant was that he was constantly together with his buddies, whom would not be sorry to die for Liu Bang.
Liu Bang had ever been continuing to lose fights against Xian Yu. Like magic, however, Liu’s areas continuing to grow and turned larger than Xian Yu. Liu gained the last fight against Xian Yu and became the Emperor of Han Dynasty, an empire of the next single China.
It is interesting to review these types of two Gen. and think about what made Liu Bang the victorious one and Xian Yu the loser. The key word is folks. Xian was a powerful martial artist and his enemies and also his own citizens were scared of him. Worries kept uniformity of Xian’s military. He was a violent leader. Whenever he won a fight, he murdered nearly all of enemy’s king, king’s family, king’s army, king’s solders, and king’s people. History implies that Xian Yu buried 250,000 troops still living, who surrendered in a fight. Everyone was scared, and disliked him. When he was there, no one moved. Once he was gone to people betrayed. This is the progression, he kept losing own followers.
Alternatively, Liu Bang prohibited his troops plunder ordinary people. He forgave the most of the surrendered and made them the head of their region. He kept selecting from farmers, merchants, artisans, or almost any class of community. When he acquired his new territories, he almost guaranteed residents rules and order. He made their residents the head of his new territory. Individuals in his territory loved serenity and order. As soon as got, he never lost his property.
Xian kept losing his followers. Liu kept getting his. Steadily, Liu’s followers and areas outnumbered Xian’s. When he became aware, Xian could no more prevail against Liu.
