A popular Qi Gong form based on Tai Chi movements. The two different sounds being heard indicate inhaling or exhaling. Typically, inhale when the arms go up and exhale when the arms go down. See Part 2 for continuation of this form. When Part 1 and Part 2 are combined, a total of eighteen postures will be shown. I like this form because it’s simple to learn and it is very relaxing and energizing. Good health to all and enjoy.
