See my otherQigong photos: www.flickr.com Qigong keeps us in touch with the moment. We breathe in, we breathe out — and join the flow of life. Here’s a short time-lapse of our Sunday ritual, led by Erika Trice at Oak Mill Park, Mill Valley. We practice under the redwoods by the creek, behind the library. This form of Qigong is called “18 Buddha Hands” and popularized by Larry Johnson. It takes about an hour to do all 18 chapters, and this clip condenses it all into just thirty seconds. Inhale. Exhale. Repeat.
