So as you may know, I have been experiencing some difficulties with the university and my study abroad agency. When I received the official letters from the university, it stated the registration process would take place from September 1 through September 5 and classes would begin on September 6. The admissions office said I had not paid my tuition which was being taken care of by my agency CSA. I emailed CSA, and they said they will be doing a batch wiring of the money on September 9 for all its students. So without the tuition payment receipt, I haven’t been able to sign up for classes, take placement exams, undergo a health screening or register with the police. All I had was my room at the international students dormitory. My roommate who is from South Korea, said I was the first American he has met since arriving on campus. He tagged along as I attempted to register so he saw my efforts turned down when I didn’t have all the necessary items in order. We were able to get Internet together though!
