I must admit I am impressed with the infrastructural developments. Shenzhen skyline boasts the 9th tallest building in the world. No local or foreigner can own lands in Shenzhen; they can only lease. 70 years for residential housing, 50 years for industrial estates, and 40 years for commercial estates.
