This footage is a collection of incoming and outgoing Eurostar ETR 500 trains at Rome Termini. I think the Freccia Rossa is the best train in Italy`s speed railway family. ETR stands for Elettro Treno Rapido. The train has been introduced in 1993 and was designed under the aegis of the Ferrovie dello Stato (FS). Now it is operated by Trenitalia on the high speed line connecting Turin to Salerno and Northern to Southern Italy. I compiled the videos on my weekend trip to Rome on December 6th and 7th, 2010. So far this is my longest film, I hope you like it.
