Lesson Two: Composition, Pronunciation and Double Vowel Sounds
A simple summary of how to form Korean syllables to write in Korean, as well as a look at some common changes in pronunciation of certain letter combinations. The double vowel combinations are also introduced. Learning to write Korean is very easy, or at least much easier than learning to write in Chinese or Japanese. When writing syllables to make words, you may want to imagine that each syllable is a square in which you must keep the letters together and of similar size. Sorry about the video quality! Thank you! The next video will be the introduction of basic words for practice of the letters. Double vowel explanations can be found on pages 15-16 of the Berlitz dictionary mentioned in Lesson One’s video information. Have a nice day!
