Entry from: Hue, Vietnam Entry Title: “Cyclos, KFC and The Imperial Palace” Entry: “Today started off with a thud. Unfortunately that thud was Ophelia falling out of bed onto the hard tiles. After many screams and even more Mummy hugs, we all sat in bed cuddled up watching some cartoons. We made our way down to breakfast and met up with two cyclo drivers we had met last night (they gave us a free ride home to ensure we would use them the next day to get around). Unfortunately it was raining quite a bit so the ride, although fun, was rather wet. We were dropped off at the Imperial Palace inside the Citadel. Our driver wanted us to take a long (1 hour) ride around the city after we walked around. We told him no thanks, too wet, not interested. They weren’t so happy about this and Jaymz proceeded to have a rather amusing argument with the drivers (during which they called him ‘lazy’ cause we said we would just walk back). But not the weather nor the argument could dampen the beauty and awe of the Palace. It truly was amazing. We walked our way through the entrance where there were two large pools, one of which was full of fish. We paid for some fish food and watched in amazement as they jumped over each other to get at the pellets. I think I may have taken a few too many photos of the fish, but they …
