ら~ and だ~
Listening comprehension for the differences between ら~ and だ~. I know ら~ is difficult to hear and pronounce for English speakers, especially beginners… so I hope this video clears some things. This isn’t me talking, this is my Japanese dictionary, “漢字そのまま楽引辞典” on my Nintendo DS . For sounds like ぢ and づ… you’ll notice they sound almost exactly like じ and ず. But there is a difference, just slightly! Even I have problems hearing it. While it’s good to know those sounds they aren’t very common… especially ぢ. I might be wrong, but they sound very Chinese to me, and back when they first got Chinese characters they implemented some of the Chinese sounds to their language… which is why they’re there… (maybe.. sorry if I’m wrong) Lastly.. thanks to all who have asked me questions. If you want me to make a video.. two things have to happen first: I need to think that it’s a valuable question for a video, and I need to make videos about previous asked questions. So please, wait… I will try to get to your video when I can. If you subscribe, you’ll see it some day.
