Its weekly publication The Macroview Weekly has been offering the recipe column of late chef Fu Pei-mei, who promoted fine Chinese culinary art all her life; and now, through Fu Pei-meis daughter Cheng An-chi, a cookbook was recently released featuring secret home cooking recipes from famous Chaozhou chef Yuan Hong-wei. They include the Cheng family meat dish, braised beef, Chinese meatball stew and soya-flavored beef tendon.
